The smartphone user (Manager) fills in a survey at a given facility, designed for a given location. The system verifies the location of the auditor and requires the authentication of correctly completed questionnaires through, for example, photo documentation. The tasks are verified at the headquarters and reports on the quality of the service provided are generated there.The application also allows for an audit by the client. The person responsible for the facility has the opportunity to conduct an audit and send the completed questionnaire to the headquarters. In the event of comments, he / she can submit them. Comments will be forwarded for implementation and the user will receive information about the improvement of a given element.Koloryt Plus enables customers to walk around a given facility, report the need to receive a report and add an additional order with the proposed completion time.
